Primary School Motivation
To be successful, we have a passion to inspire young minds and a commitment to ensuring that every child achieves their potential. Our primary school teachers develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. They facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils, keeping learning resources organised and creating a positive learning environment in the classroom.

High School Motivation
To be successful, we employ teachers who teach a subject they love and engage pupils in learning and preparing for their future. Our high school teachers support, observe and record the progress of pupils. Teaching the national curriculum, they plan lessons in line with national objectives, with the aim of ensuring a healthy culture of learning and achievement.
Ours teachers keep up to date with developments in their subject area, new resources, methods and national objectives. The role involves liaising and networking with other professionals, parents and carers, both informally and formally. We endevour to have:
